As an accomplished sales expert, you will be responsible for:
- Acquiring and developing new Enterprise accounts while expanding existing relationships to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify new projects and customer opportunities, and formulating key account strategies to address customer needs proactively.
- Implementing both tactical and strategic market approaches to enhance customer acquisition and retention, ultimately driving increased revenue.
- Establishing strong partnerships with senior leadership and key decision-makers, often initiating new business relationships from the ground up.
- Enhancing the TeamViewer/Enterprise brand presence through participation in industry events and collaborating with Marketing to execute impactful campaigns that generate new leads.
- Managing intricate sales processes to secure new business while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Supporting regular forecasting processes, including pipeline assessments and data validation, while identifying necessary actions to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with large accounts in a quota-carrying software sales role, preferably in cloud technology.
- Proven success in managing and closing complex sales cycles, including experience with deals exceeding 1M+ TCV and managing multiple large accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with VP and C-level executives effectively.
- A strong track record of high performance and a proactive sales mentality.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B landscape, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of navigating the dynamics of a high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in one of the following languages: Polish, Czech, or Hungarian.
- Willingness to travel as required within the territory and for company events.
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
