Regional Sales Director for Europe

Job Summary

This role will report directly to the VP of Strategy and will be responsible for developing sales strategies and action plans to achieve Cinemo's growth objectives in the European region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the European market
  • Manage and develop a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Management and Marketing functions to align sales efforts with company strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Tier-1s and OEMs in the European region
  • Drive the process of closing deals and managing the sales pipeline
  • Provide monthly reporting on sales activities and pipeline performance

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales, including managing and developing international accounts in the Automotive industry in Europe
  • Strong track record in software products sales, including successful deployment of new products and business models
  • Solid and proven negotiation skills
  • International profile and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • High customer-driven mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good written and verbal communication skills
