Company Overview:

Supermicro Computer is seeking a dedicated Account Manager with a strong background in selling technical solutions and fostering business growth. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of establishing enterprise-level partnerships and consistently surpassing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture sales accounts, delivering technical and administrative product insights while executing daily operational tasks, including correspondence, data entry, and document processing.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with clients.
  • Serve as a liaison among sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Assist in coordinating internal projects between sales and other departments.
  • Communicate directly with customers about their order status, resolving credit issues, and negotiating returns.
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer service relationships with potential clients.
  • Generate and present daily reports for customer review.
  • Provide support to the manager and team members as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Ambition in sales with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as Account Manager.
  • Experience in data entry, production planning, and order management.
  • Strong professional communication skills, including proficiency in telephone, written correspondence, and presentations.
  • Background in customer service with direct customer interaction and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills are essential.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong writing and speaking abilities, is required.
