We are now extending our ambition to the whole of Europe, and we are seeking a Sales Manager (German Speaker) to develop the local market

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic business plan for voice, SMS, and mobile projects in France and internationally to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities related to other services to ensure technical feasibility and maximize revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing customers, and develop new customer accounts to drive business growth.
  • Participate in professional events such as trade shows, conferences, and customer evenings to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Manage and support Solution Manager profiles by organizing weekly meetings and providing sales updates to the management team.
  • Negotiate and advise clients in line with their strategy to ensure maximum value and satisfaction.
  • Establish budgets and sales forecasts to drive business growth and ensure financial stability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of international experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
