We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Product Owner/IT Manager within our E-Commerce division. As part of our organization, you will be involved in a dynamic online retail environment that emphasizes quality and value for our customers. Your focus will be on enhancing the digital shopping experience, ensuring it aligns with our established standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with diverse teams to drive E-commerce initiatives by defining project requirements and converting them into actionable user stories.
- Leverage data analysis and process documentation to monitor and manage project specifications.
- Prepare for the deployment of projects following successful testing phases.
- Develop application documentation and provide training for key stakeholders on product functionalities.
- Serve as a key communicator between departments to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, recommend solutions, and work with the team to implement improvements.
- A degree in (Business) Informatics/ Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT with a commercial background is preferred.
- Experience in the E-commerce sector is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of processes, and expertise in agile project management are crucial.
