Opportunity for E-Commerce Product Owner/IT Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Product Owner/IT Manager within our E-Commerce division. As part of our innovative organization, you will play a key role in enhancing our online platform, which offers a wide array of products, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to execute E-commerce initiatives by defining project requirements and converting them into actionable user stories.
  • Analyze data and processes to accurately document and monitor project specifications.
  • Prepare for the implementation of projects following successful testing phases.
  • Develop application documentation and provide training for key users to facilitate product usage.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between departments to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement, suggest actionable solutions, and work with the team to implement improvements.
Candidate Profile
  • A degree in (Business) Informatics/Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience with a focus on commerce.
  • Experience in the E-commerce sector is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of processes, and expertise in agile project management are crucial.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing initiative and motivation to tackle complex challenges.
  • A collaborative team player with a professional and approachable attitude.
  • Proven track record of organizing and driving tasks independently.
