We are Netto Marken-Discount Stiftung & Co. KG, a leading retail company with a strong online presence. Our e-commerce platform offers a wide range of products, from food and household items to multimedia, and we are committed to providing our customers with quality and affordability.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner/IT Manager E-Commerce to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce projects, including product development, marketing, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with our development teams to ensure that our e-commerce platform is user-friendly, efficient, and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our e-commerce platform, including its technical capabilities and limitations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce project management, product development, and digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies and experience with Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements.
