We are seeking a dedicated SAP Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) to enhance our team in Stuttgart. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of SAP solutions through thorough testing processes. You will lead all testing activities, utilizing advanced methods and tools to validate functionality and usability while meeting user expectations.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed testing strategies and plans for SAP projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage the planning and coordination of testing activities throughout the SAP project lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Oversee the execution of test plans, including functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
- Coordinate and manage testing teams, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and project milestones.
- Mentor and train team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation in testing methodologies and tools.
Show your expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software testing, particularly with SAP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., ISTQB, Agile Testing).
- Comprehensive understanding of the SAP application landscape (specific modules may be required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- SAP certifications (e.g., ISTQB, SAP Certified Application Associate) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are preferred.
