Job Description

As a Bio Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Stuttgart region. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
