  • Manage and execute service requests for our commercial coffee machines in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Conduct installation and commissioning of equipment, including training for staff, alongside maintenance activities such as diagnostics, repairs, and routine upkeep.
  • Make warranty and goodwill determinations in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding maintenance concerns, service agreements, and oversee customer collections.
  • Identify opportunities for additional machine sales and compile service reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Completed training in an electrical field; additional qualifications (e.g., as a technician) are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in customer service with a solid foundation in electronics or mechatronics.
  • Exhibit high adaptability, strong dedication, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Reside in the broader Holle Baddeckenstedt region.
