About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our back office team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our business partners, customers, or service providers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process and handle customer requests and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
