Stellenbeschreibung

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Sales Governance / Data Manager (w/m/d), der die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Implementierung einer umfassenden Datenstrategie übernimmt, um die Vertriebsleistung nachhaltig zu optimieren.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Umsetzung einer effektiven Datenstrategie zur Steigerung der Vertriebsperformance.
  • Berichterstattung an die Leitung der Vertriebsoperationen.
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von vertriebsrelevanten KPIs sowie Erstellung von Dashboards zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen.
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -integrität durch die Implementierung von Governance-Maßnahmen und Richtlinien.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Controlling-Abteilung zur Gewährleistung der Übereinstimmung der Vertriebsstrategie mit den Unternehmenszielen.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Datenmanagement, Datenanalyse oder Datenvisualisierung, einschließlich Kenntnisse in SQL, Tableau oder Power BI.
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene.
  • Analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur Transformation komplexer Datensätze in effektive Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
