Job Title: Module Engineer - Process Technology Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, CAD models, and manufacturing drawings for process technology modules
  • Collaborate with procurement and project management to select suppliers and monitor their performance
  • Track schedules and quality, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality modules
  • Coordinate interfaces with colleagues' modules, working closely with procurement and project managers
  • Oversee production control and monitoring of equipment modules manufactured in Germany

Process Design and Development

  • Design and develop 3D plant layouts and CAD designs in collaboration with sales, project managers, and team members
  • Select and specify components for conveying and processing technology, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Work closely with adjacent departments to ensure seamless integration of process technology modules
  • Create detailed drawings for specialized process equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Supervise assembly of complete systems at international customer sites, ensuring quality and reliability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical engineering) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international machinery and plant construction, preferably in handling liquid and gaseous substances in thermal processes
  • Knowledge of piping, pressure vessels, and explosion protection
  • Excellent CAD skills (at least Autodesk Inventor)
  • Excellent IT skills (at least MS-Office)
  • Ideally, experience in machinery and plant engineering with liquids, gases, or bulk materials
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to international customers
  • Structured, analytical, and independent work style, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Passion for process and quality management
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Intercultural curiosity, competency, and willingness to travel
