Be part of our so called "Heimdall" project Support the development of an exciting project where we are reinforcing and upgrading our software and business processes. Reporting to our Product Manager, and as the Product Owner of a new "to be built" Intellectual Property management software, your main tasks will be:

- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Developing a deep understanding of user needs, their challenges, and unmet needs
- Understanding individual requirements and defining concrete prerequisite
- Evaluating through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators, benefits vs efforts)
- Aligning tool specifications with different entities’ requirements
- Developing user stories
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them following Development Committee’s decisions
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings

**The perfect match...**

You have a first successful professional experience (3 to 5 years) as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role

Ideally, you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Computer science, Computer engineering, Business, Economics, analytics, or other related fields
- In-depth knowledge of Agile software development methodology and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, to develop products iteratively
- Experience developing or supporting software for legal or IP processes
- Working knowledge of product development architecture and understanding of design quality and user experience standards
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools and a good knowledge of software development and other relevant web technologies
- Prioritize effectively using data driven rationales and a discipline focusing on high impact activities
- Process productivity minded
- You can stick to timelines and measure progress during development
- You have the ability to work with small and large development teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills **in German and English**
