About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at KI group GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships to further our mission in the AI-driven staffing space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Robust Sales Pipeline: Identify new markets, refine our value propositions, and ensure our messaging resonates with new decision-makers.
  • Drive End-to-End Sales Processes: Use your instincts and expertise to identify high-value leads, qualify them effectively, and manage complex sales cycles that grow into strong, sustainable partnerships.
  • Create Compelling Narratives and Pitches: Tell the story of how KI connect is reshaping talent discovery with AI, creating excitement and urgency around our offerings.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, understand the unique needs of senior stakeholders, and align them with our solutions.
  • Utilize Data to Inform and Innovate: Analyze sales performance, create data-driven reports, and help us validate our approach or pivot when needed.
Requirements
  • Strong Business Background: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, AI, or staffing solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and English, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Track Record of Success: A proven ability to develop and close sales deals, backed by strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with analytics to shape strategies, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
