About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within the Adidas Wholesale organization, responsible for developing and implementing learning programs that drive business growth with our retail partners around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement innovative learning programs, interventions, and events to build knowledge and skills for the wholesale audience globally.
  • Develop and manage relationships with global and local business matter experts to create learning programs and content.
  • Support strategic planning process and learning needs analysis, engaging in global and market calls for input and sell-in.
  • Manage vendors and external agencies in the design and creation of impactful learning programs.
  • Engage and manage global wholesale digital community and information calendar and platform.
  • Oversee budget and processes for wholesale learning programs and go-to-market.
  • Partner with internal experts for analytics and digital tools to ensure best-in-class implementation and analysis to deliver impact and measure program results.
  • Manage and oversee the budget implementation process.
  • Prepare monthly insights and develop insights tools, including Excel reports and Power BI dashboards.
  • Contribute to the development of the Sales Academy wholesale learning program to be best-in-class and future-proof.
  • Act as the product owner for the One Stop Shop Wholesale Learning Lab, working closely with the agency, bug fixing, and development of functionalities and UX.

Requirements

  • Solid wholesale experience on a global or market level, with in-depth understanding of wholesale processes, tools, systems, and timelines.
  • Strong project and budget management and planning skills, with high organization and demonstrated follow-through.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies, analyze data, and identify learning solutions.
  • Flexibility to work with short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship management skills, with ability to interact at all levels within an organization, both orally and in writing.
  • Passion for people development.
  • Project management skills.
  • Data-driven decision maker.
  • Able to derive insights from a variety of data sets.
  • Broad understanding of how all facets of learning principles and methodologies can affect participant motivation, learning needs, and the learning experience.

  • Solid understanding of the wholesale landscape and sell-in process.
  • Digital community management experience a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Additional language is an advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience paired with a strong interest in training and/or learning management.
  • Diploma or degree from an educational entity focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration, or related field.
