Position Overview
In light of the expansion of our sales team, we are seeking a Sales Development Executive (m/w/d) - Automotive for the NRW / Hessen region. This role is a permanent position accompanied by a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and profitability in new markets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Acquire new clients
- Implement and monitor pricing strategies
- Establish and nurture high-level customer relationships (internationally)
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training or a technical degree
- Several years of experience in field sales and project business, preferably within the packaging sector
- Experience with clients from the automotive industry (OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2)
- Confident and customer-oriented demeanor
- Goal-oriented and results-driven work approach
- Fluent in German and English
