Arista Networks is a leading provider of data-driven, client-to-cloud networking solutions for large data center, campus, and routing environments. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Global Client Director in Germany.

About the Role

The Global Client Director will be responsible for developing and executing targeted account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction across a list of Fortune 500 accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of networking solutions, including data center, campus, and cloud-based Wi-Fi and POE switches, as well as Arista's Routing Platform, Cloud Vision, and DMF Fabric Monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across the Arista product portfolio
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies
  • Create and execute marketing plans aligned with named accounts and territory
  • Manage and align year 1 to year 3 business priorities across a named account territory
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales experience with a focus on developing large enterprise customers in the German market
  • Working knowledge of selling networking equipment, data center, and/or network automation solutions
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA) or equivalent; MBA desirable
  • Fluent German and English is essential
  • Currently resident in Germany; we do not offer relocation
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead internal cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proven track record of building business plans, documenting processes, and exceeding sales targets
