Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Total Rewards to join our Group HR Function at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying the compensation and benefits strategy across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various Bauer locations, including Germany, UK, and Poland, to ensure a cohesive and effective rewards program.
- Work closely with the leadership team to design and deploy innovative compensation and benefits initiatives that drive business results.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
