Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in overseeing technical projects. Your responsibilities will be divided as follows:

  • Technical Focus: 75% of your efforts will be dedicated to technical tasks, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  • People Management: 25% of your time will involve engaging with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work autonomously, completing assignments in accordance with established guidelines and accepted practices.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer IT and business sectors to promote long-term adoption of low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights and best practices to the Engineering team to eliminate obstacles.
  • Serve as a designer and configuration expert for PowerApps and SharePoint Online.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in English and German.
  • Lead the architecture and design of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and develop technical specifications.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly with Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and reusable components, along with hands-on experience in TypeScript and React JS.
  • Experience integrating with third-party systems, such as SAP.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies, including Functions, Logic Apps, and Active Directory.
Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work arrangement, with 50% of the time spent onsite and 50% remote.
