Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Design Program Manager to join our team at Flex. As a Technical Design Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver technical proposals and competitive quote responses for challenging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams of design engineers, validation engineers, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver technical proposals and competitive quote responses.
  • Drive Best Cost solutions and lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical design review packages.
  • Track quote project issues and drive them to closure, escalating to leadership as needed.
  • Lead teams in pre-engagement with customers to build relationships and technical knowledge.
Requirements
  • BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
  • Senior Systems Engineering experience.
  • Relevant experience as a Project Manager in full product development lifecycle projects.
  • Previous design experience in one or more technical areas related to Automotive, Connectivity, or electro-mechanical systems development.
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
