Technical Product Manager for Water Solutions

In collaboration with product and technical leaders, your role will encompass:
- Serving as the technical and product authority on water-related appliances
- Steering the strategic product roadmap for the European market
- Leading engineering teams, both locally and internationally, to develop prototypes for new products
- Identifying and articulating customer needs, converting them into technical product specifications
- Overseeing product development tailored for the European market, including coordination with global R&D and sales teams
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory shifts to proactively refine or create product strategies
- Analyzing the competitive landscape to anticipate competitor actions and align product planning
- Facilitating product compliance and certification processes
- Assisting in commercialization efforts, which include onboarding new customers, conducting training sessions, and participating in expos and other events
- Promoting external R&D partnerships to explore innovative product opportunities.
Working Conditions
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% as required for business needs, including trade shows and client meetings
- Standard working conditions typical of an office and testing laboratory environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Over 7 years of technical experience in the water appliance industry
- Minimum of 3 years in product management or a similar role
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in an inclusive, results-driven manner
- Familiarity with the relevant regulatory landscape in the EU
- Comprehensive knowledge of the competitive environment in Europe
- Fluency in English

- A technical background in a relevant field and experience with industry-leading companies is highly desirable
- Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish is preferred
