Role Overview: In the capacity of a Technical Program Manager, you will primarily engage in technical responsibilities while also addressing people-related aspects. Your role will involve:
- Technical Leadership: Drive 75% of your efforts towards technical tasks, ensuring high-quality project execution.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key IT and business decision-makers to promote long-term adoption of low-code/no-code solutions.
- Advocacy: Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing valuable insights and best practices while collaborating with the Engineering team to eliminate obstacles.
- Design Expertise: Serve as a designer and configuration specialist for PowerApps and SharePoint Online.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in English and German.
- Experience in leading the architecture and design of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to fulfill business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and develop technical specifications.
- Extensive development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and reusable components, along with hands-on experience in TypeScript and React JS.
- Experience in integrating with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies.
Work Arrangement: This position offers a balanced work environment with 50% onsite and 50% remote opportunities.
