Role Overview: In the capacity of a Technical Program Manager, you will predominantly engage in technical responsibilities while also addressing interpersonal aspects of project management. Your role will involve:

  • Managing technical projects with a focus on delivering results while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exhibiting resilience under pressure and maintaining a constructive demeanor to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Working autonomously to complete assignments in alignment with established guidelines and accepted practices.
  • Building strong connections with key decision-makers in customer IT and business sectors to promote long-term adoption of low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Acting as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights and best practices while collaborating with the Engineering team to eliminate significant obstacles.
  • Utilizing your expertise in designing and configuring PowerApps and SharePoint Online solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in English and German.
  • Leading the architecture and design of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI, to fulfill business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and develop technical specifications.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and other reusable components, along with practical experience in TypeScript and React JS.
  • Experience integrating with third-party systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies, including Functions, Logic Apps, and Active Directory.

Work Arrangement: The position offers a balanced work environment with 50% onsite and 50% remote opportunities.
