Werden Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams in einem der spannendsten Bereiche des Finanzwesens: Sie sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres dynamischen Teams, das sich mit der Buchhaltung von Finanzinstrumenten gemäß den internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS) und den deutschen Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) beschäftigt und fungieren als Ansprechpartner für die Klärung von Bilanzierungseffekten im Zusammenhang mit verschiedenen bankinternen Steuerungsmaßnahmen. Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Buchhaltung des Einlagengeschäfts, insbesondere die Refinanzierung über digitale Plattformen, und optimieren die fachlichen sowie technischen Schnittstellen entlang der gesamten Prozesskette aus der Perspektive der Buchhaltung. Im Laufe der Zeit werden Sie zusätzliche Verantwortung in relevanten Themenbereichen übernehmen, einschließlich der Buchhaltung von Wertpapieren, Krediten und Derivaten sowie verschiedenen Ansätzen des Hedge Accounting; dabei erstellen Sie spezifische interne und externe Berichte und sind Ansprechpartner für die Ergebnisse von Prüfungen. Die Überprüfung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die Verbindung zwischen ökonomischem und bilanziertem Ergebnis sowie die Ermittlung der Devisenposition der Bank sind mögliche interessante Ergänzungen Ihres Aufgabenbereichs. Zur Sicherstellung der Qualität gehören neben der Durchführung von Abstimmungs- und Kontrollmaßnahmen im Rahmen der Erstellung von Abschlüssen auch die Analyse von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungseffekten in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie in den versteckten Rücklagen und Verlusten. Sie tragen aktiv zur Optimierung des internen Kontrollsystems und der Buchhaltungsprozesse bei und entwickeln eigenständig Tools zur Analyse und zum Reporting von Bilanzierungseffekten oder arbeiten an der Weiterentwicklung von KI- und Machine Learning-Ansätzen. Sie prüfen eigenständig bilanzielle Fragestellungen in Abstimmung mit der Grundsatzabteilung und gegebenenfalls den Wirtschaftsprüfern. Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld wird durch die verantwortliche Mitarbeit in eigenen und bankweiten Projekten ergänzt.Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (eine Bankausbildung ist von Vorteil) und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Buchhaltung (IFRS und HGB), vorzugsweise in einer Bank oder im Finanzsektor, mit. Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung von Finanzinstrumenten, insbesondere im Hedge- und Fair Value Accounting sowie Grundkenntnisse in finanzmathematischen Fragestellungen. Sie besitzen eine hohe technische Affinität, insbesondere gute Kenntnisse der relevanten IT-Systeme (idealerweise Summit und SAP FI), MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Access) sowie Erfahrungen mit modernen Datenanalysetools (idealerweise KNIME oder Qlik Sense) und möglicherweise Kenntnisse in der Programmiersprache Python. Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.Was wir Ihnen bieten
