Ihre Aufgabe: Vorantreiben der digitalen Transformation in NRW
Bei Information und Technik Nordrhein-Westfalen IT geht es um mehr als nur eine berufliche Tätigkeit. In der Rolle des Sales Engineering Managers (m/w/d) agieren Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen unseren leistungsstarken Fachabteilungen und unseren Kunden. Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag dazu, dass innovative Lösungen von IT.NRW in Auftrag gegeben werden. Engagieren Sie sich und tragen Sie aktiv zur Verbesserung des Lebens von 18 Millionen Bürgerinnen und Bürgern in NRW bei.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich: Kundenbeziehungsmanagement
Das Servicebündel D4 – Kundenbeziehungsmanagement fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle und Bindeglied zwischen den Kunden und den verschiedenen IT- sowie Zentralbereichen innerhalb der Organisation. Unser Ziel ist es, eine optimale und umfassende Betreuung der Kunden in der Landesverwaltung sicherzustellen. Hierzu erfassen wir deren Bedürfnisse, klassifizieren diese und entwickeln gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Fachleuten konkrete Angebote und Aufträge. Wir sind der zentrale IT-Dienstleister des Landes NRW und unterstützen unsere Kunden aktiv bei der digitalen Transformation der Landesverwaltung. Dabei fördern wir den Aufbau zukunftsorientierter, digitaler Dienstleistungen.
