Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our technology team as the Director of IT. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP and ERP systems and a proven track record of driving business growth through technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP and ERP systems to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximum efficiency.
  • Lead a dynamic team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through technology innovation, leveraging SAP and ERP systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage SAP and ERP systems to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in SAP and ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through technology innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of IT professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Experience with SAP Implementation Scenarios, including S/4HANA transformation and optimization projects.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and cloud-based computing infrastructures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in an IT-related field.
  • 10+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership.
