In der Rolle des "Director of Digital Product Development" übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams für touristische Informationssysteme und fördern die Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf strategische Anforderungen und technische Entwicklungen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer digitalen Produktstrategie, die sich auf Mobilität sowie Reise- und Freizeitplanung konzentriert, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam des Ressorts Tourismus. Die Neukonzeption und Weiterentwicklung digitaler touristischer Services unter Berücksichtigung aktueller technologischer Trends für Webseiten und Apps gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben. Sie verantworten die synchronisierte Roadmap der Produkte (Apps, Kartenanwendungen, Informationssysteme, Web) und sind zuständig für die Planung, Priorisierung und Strukturierung von Projekten und Ressourcen. Darüber hinaus stellen Sie sicher, dass die Strategie- und Performance-Ziele der verantworteten Anwendungen erreicht werden. Sie gestalten die Daten- und Analytics-Strategie zur Weiterentwicklung der Multi-Channel Customer Experience. Sie tragen zur Gewinnung eines kontinuierlichen und aktuellen Marktverständnisses durch datengetriebene und kundenzentrierte Arbeitsweise bei. Coaching der Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf Skills und Methoden, Förderung von Innovation sowie Inspiration von Kollegen und Stakeholdern sind ebenfalls Teil Ihrer Aufgaben. Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams im Hinblick auf strategische Anforderungen und technische Entwicklungen ist ein zentraler Aspekt Ihrer Tätigkeit. Die Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Einheiten wie Analytics, IT, Digital und Kommunikation zählt ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung, insbesondere mit Fokus auf Tourismus/Mobilität. Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Digitalisierungsfunktion, idealerweise im touristischen Umfeld, mit. Zudem haben Sie mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern. Sie besitzen ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis für IT-Prozesse, IT-Entwicklungen und -Trends sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (SCRUM, Design Thinking, etc.). Ihre umfassende Kenntnis in der Planung und Durchführung von komplexen Projekten zeichnet Sie aus. Bereichs- und prozessübergreifendes Transferdenken ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Proaktivität, unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Begeisterung, Dinge zu bewegen und voranzutreiben, zählen zu Ihren Stärken. Sie verfügen über starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
