Position Overview

In the role of Technical Program Manager at XEMPUS, you will take the lead in ensuring the effective execution of diverse technology initiatives, including project oversight and organization-wide efforts aimed at improving operational processes. Your primary goal will be to optimize workflows for the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) and manage the rollout of critical strategic projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the management of strategic programs in collaboration with technical leadership.
  • Distilling complex technical projects into understandable concepts for stakeholders.
  • Serving as Chief of Staff to the CPTO, offering insights and support for innovative ideas.
  • Directing strategic communications, especially regarding technical subjects.
  • Presenting essential metrics to evaluate engineering productivity.
