About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Strategic Marketing & Digital department in Munich. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic conceptualization and development of the Brainlab Culture Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies for the Brainlab Culture Program, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop culturally relevant initiatives, including partnerships with public and private institutions.
  • Manage and execute projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cultural partners, media representatives, and business partners.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy for the Brainlab Culture Program, including social media, events, and content creation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of projects and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as humanities, art history, communication, or culture-related fields.
  • Proven experience in project management, marketing, and communications, with a focus on cultural initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of the cultural landscape in Munich and Germany, including key players, networks, and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with experience in writing speeches, presentations, and social media content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
