About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to support our portfolio company's Account Management strategies.

In this role, you'll develop relationships with insurance partners, onboard new clients, and contribute to various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build consultative relationships with key insurance partners and consistently exceed their expectations
  • Successfully onboard and empower new clients onto our platform
  • Anticipate client needs, communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, and problem-solve effectively
  • Own the growth and development of key accounts, responsible for renewals/upsells, and collaborate with the Sales team
  • Convince brokers of the benefits in partnering with our portfolio and support their success in selling cyber insurance
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outbound and inbound business development to closing contracts and client aftercare
Your Profile
  • Professional experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success
  • Industry experience in B2B, Tech, Start/Scale-ups, Consulting, VC, Insurance, or Cybersecurity
  • Passion for learning about the insurance and cybersecurity industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Adaptable and customer-oriented attitude with a hands-on and proactive personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with full professional German proficiency
