Multichannel Sales Strategist for Consumer Markets

Position Overview: Multichannel Manager

The Multichannel Manager plays a pivotal role in driving direct sales and enhancing visibility across comparison platforms within the consumer sector. This position is essential for:

  • Market Expansion: Strategically increasing market share across various distribution channels while focusing on acquiring new clientele and boosting sales.
  • Sales Optimization: Strengthening Up-selling and Cross-selling processes to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Pricing Strategy: Adjusting product pricing across different channels to meet contribution margin expectations.
  • Service Network Management: Overseeing and expanding the service network to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Accountability: Responsible for achieving sales targets and evaluating the performance of distribution channels. Regularly monitor data quality and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
  • A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and service management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify optimization opportunities from data, coupled with effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in direct sales, online portal sales, multichannel initiatives, and pricing strategies.
  • A proactive, organized, and responsible team player.
