Position Overview
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for crafting a consumer-focused and distinctive product lineup for AVOMIND's Consumer Hearing division within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. This portfolio encompasses supplementary products and services, including applications and ecosystems aimed at enhancing consumer interaction. You will oversee the product lifecycle to maximize revenue and profitability, particularly by gathering initial market insights and effectively executing modifications to foster sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a consumer-oriented and unique product offering, incorporating a digital ecosystem (e.g., apps) for the Consumer Hearing sector.
  • Conduct in-depth consumer analysis to identify customer needs and translate these into precise product requirements.
  • Continuously observe competitor activities, particularly focusing on consumer electronics players, and devise suitable differentiation strategies.
  • Regularly gather, analyze, and respond to market feedback, ensuring agile and effective adaptation of products.
  • Adopt an iterative, release-based development methodology, launching minimal viable products and enhancing them based on market insights.
  • Identify opportunities from related industries/products to expand offerings and boost consumer engagement.
  • Empower teams to facilitate consumer-centric and rapid development of the product range.
  • Foster a consumer- and growth-oriented mindset within teams, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate effectively with R&D and other departments, including sales and marketing, to accelerate growth.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Technical, Business, or Marketing fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in International/Global Product Management, focusing on new product development in the Consumer Electronics sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and launching IoT products linked to a digital ecosystem.
  • Strong technical foundation combined with business insight and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience collaborating closely with R&D teams.
  • Background in digital start-ups.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Expertise in Product Management.
