Position Overview: Multichannel Manager

The Multichannel Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales strategy within the consumer sector. This position entails:

  • Driving Direct Sales: Overseeing sales initiatives and maintaining a strong presence on comparison platforms targeted at consumers.
  • Market Share Expansion: Strategically working to boost market presence across various distribution channels, focusing on customer acquisition, sales growth, and enhancing Up- and Cross-Selling strategies.
  • Pricing Strategy Management: Adjusting product pricing across different channels while ensuring compliance with contribution margin standards.
  • Service Network Development: Managing and expanding the service network to better serve our customers.
  • Sales Performance Accountability: Responsible for achieving sales targets and evaluating the performance of distribution channels. Regularly monitor data quality and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Candidate Requirements
  • Educational Background: A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales and service management is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and communicate findings effectively.
