Consumer Segment Multichannel Manager

The Multichannel Manager will play a pivotal role in driving direct sales and enhancing visibility across comparison platforms within the consumer market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead initiatives to boost market presence across various distribution channels, with a focus on acquiring new clientele and optimizing sales through effective Up- and Cross-Selling strategies.
- Adjust pricing strategies for diverse channels while adhering to contribution margin standards.
- Oversee the growth and management of the service network to ensure comprehensive customer support.
- Accountable for achieving sales objectives and evaluating the performance of distribution channels. Regularly assess data integrity and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A degree in business or a related discipline is preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and service management.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify optimization opportunities from data, along with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of direct sales, online sales platforms, multichannel strategies, and pricing frameworks.
- Must be organized, proactive, responsible, and a collaborative team member.
