About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive our continued growth and expansion into new markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to close and account management.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate prospects, securing new accounts and driving revenue growth. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in achieving our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators
  • Develop and execute outbound sales initiatives across target industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of marketing initiatives to support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or operations related to live events, theme parks, or sponsorships
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM programs/processes
