About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) at DG timework GmbH in Leipzig. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve customer tickets in a efficient and effective manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product portfolio and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using ticketing tools and other technical software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
