Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Services Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our Capital Markets department, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our independent asset managers and fund initiators
  • Supporting our Senior Client Managers in client onboarding and relationship management
  • Executing and processing securities orders
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to acquire new custodian mandates
  • Preparing, conducting, and following up on client meetings
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including capital management, market analysis, and trading
  • Participating in project work and process improvements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or a banking education with relevant experience
  • Proven experience in investment services, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with agree21, WP2, and vwd
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
