Job Purpose/Role
As a member of our team at Audi AG, you will support the development of collaborative models to increase the visibility of our Customer Care and Roadside Assistance services.
You will be responsible for preparing and presenting results to stakeholders and future analytical users in a target group-specific manner.
You will analyze, develop concepts, and identify potential and bring them to management level for decision-making - we will decide together on the focus.
You will coordinate your projects with various stakeholders from different departments, brands, or markets and develop common positions.
You will take on project management tasks as well as the maintenance and expansion of project-related document management.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration/Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Science, or a comparable field.
Proficient in English and experienced in using MS Office applications as well as other IT solutions.
Basic knowledge of project management and a desire to deepen your knowledge in this area.
Independent and meticulous working style with a high level of self-initiative, commitment, and flexibility.
Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate them simply and understandably.
