About the Job

This is a challenging opportunity to lead a project team responsible for the network strengthening of the Badische Rheinschiene. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team and ensure that all project tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement a project management plan, including a detailed project schedule, budget, and resource allocation plan.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners, to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that the project stays on track.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards, and that all project documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as infrastructure management, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
