Your Responsibilities

As a part of the Central Research Services (CRS) at SAP, you will engage in collaborative research initiatives with academic institutions and industry partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational assistance for publicly funded research initiatives
  • Contributing to and supporting cross-departmental projects
  • Working alongside national and international colleagues as an integral team member
  • Independently addressing complex project-related challenges and managing specific topics and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Facilitating internal and external project-related communication with partners and public entities
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of project management by interacting with various sectors within SAP
  • Maintaining and managing data pertinent to research projects using relevant tools
  • Assisting the team with routine administrative tasks (e.g., ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, monitoring purchase orders, maintaining distribution lists and inventory)

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences; preference will be given to Bachelor students in earlier semesters
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Dependable, proactive, open-minded, and diligent
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and hands-on with excellent prioritization abilities
  • Capable of executing tasks with a significant degree of autonomy
  • Strong affinity for managing operational and administrative processes from start to finish
  • Exceptional commitment to teamwork, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills

About Your Team

As part of SAP University Alliances, the CRS Team is dedicated to supporting collaborative research and innovation projects with academic and industrial partners in publicly funded initiatives or contractual research.

The successful candidate (f/m/d) will acquire extensive experience in the daily operations of the CRS Team, focusing on project management and administration.

Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, academic certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcript, copies of any academic degrees obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Please also outline your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
