Responsibilities
- Support the team in various research activities, encompassing planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative studies, including interviews, media evaluations, and surveys.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify research objectives and requirements.
- Employ foresight methodologies to identify emerging trends and develop scenarios.
- Analyze and interpret data through diverse research techniques, translating insights into actionable recommendations for other teams.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of research findings to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Corporate Foresight, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office; video/audio editing skills and familiarity with online collaboration tools like Mural or Miro are advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to summarize and interpret research outcomes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and their application in user experience research is beneficial.
