Responsibilities
- Assist the team in various research activities, encompassing planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative studies, including interviews, media assessments, and surveys.
- Collaborate with team members to comprehend the research requirements and objectives.
- Employ foresight methodologies to identify emerging trends and develop scenarios.
- Analyze and interpret data utilizing diverse research techniques, translating findings into actionable insights for other teams.
- Aid in the preparation and presentation of research reports to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Corporate Foresight, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in computer applications: MS Office; video/audio editing skills are advantageous, as is familiarity with online collaboration tools like Mural and Miro.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and German.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for summarizing and interpreting research findings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and their application in user experience research is a plus.
