Role Overview:

  • As the leader for the Mid Market segment, you will oversee a team of account management and sales professionals dedicated to client retention and growth. Your leadership will focus on comprehending and addressing client needs while strategically positioning our offerings for optimal impact.
  • You will design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that emphasizes strategic account planning, driving significant revenue growth and customer loyalty, while aligning cross-functional efforts to ensure effective execution for your clients.
  • Your role will involve cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their strategic and trusted advisor, while ensuring internal alignment to achieve organizational goals.
  • You will be one of five pivotal stakeholders in the organization, driving growth in the company's largest region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a growth and retention strategy tailored to the account segment, aligning with national and business priorities.
  • Establish a strategic account planning framework specific to the segment to enhance product adoption and share of wallet, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, business analytics, pricing, product development, and other areas to meet client needs and expand the business segment.
  • Encourage and mentor a consultative sales approach, emphasizing the importance of understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions that provide value and ensure client success.
  • Guide the team in sales methodologies and practices, maintaining a focus on strategic account management and execution excellence.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Oversee operational excellence and refine forecasting processes to improve accuracy and predictability in revenue, ensuring comprehensive adoption across the organization.
  • Foster strong inter-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient fulfillment of requests.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for client account management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Lead contract negotiations and closures, focusing on creating mutual value for both the client and the organization.
  • Plan and execute B2B events aimed at enhancing brand equity, utilizing client feedback and interactions as strategic opportunities for team development and product roadmap enhancement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.

Desired Experience:

  • 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Subscription sales and strategic/enterprise account management.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects, particularly in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in operational, product, and project management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the real estate sector is beneficial.
