Key Responsibilities

Sales Assistance:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and qualify leads.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop proposals, showcase products and services, and negotiate agreements.
  • Customer Support: Assist current clients, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Marketing Assistance: Create promotional materials, perform market analysis, and engage in trade exhibitions and events.

Administrative Duties:

  • Data Management: Update client databases and maintain CRM systems.
  • Appointment Coordination: Organize meetings with clients and sales teams.
  • Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the formulation and execution of sales strategies.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products and services.
  • Support the organization of training and educational sessions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.

About Your Team

As a working student (f/m/d) in the Sales department for SAP New Customer Sales, you will contribute to the growth of SAP's sales in alignment with our 'Cloud First' strategy. Our aim is to broaden SAP's presence among growth-oriented companies. You will integrate into our SAP sales team, supporting colleagues primarily with internal processes, such as preparing quotations. This role also involves conducting customer research, aiding Account Managers in targeting clients more effectively. If interested, you may have the opportunity to expand your role and take initial steps as an Account Manager.

Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, academic certificates, proof of enrollment, a current transcript of records, copies of any academic qualifications obtained, and references from previous employers (including internships) if available. Additionally, please outline your language proficiencies and familiarity with software or programming languages.
