Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated intern (f/m/d) to assist our specialized sales team in Germany. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers and prospects, elucidating how our solutions can facilitate their digital HR transformation journey. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer interactions and securing appointments to showcase our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team throughout the sales process: Demand Generation, Sales Planning, Customer Meetings.
- Proactively manage innovative social media initiatives on LinkedIn for HXM.
- Coordinate various demand generation efforts (both inbound and outbound).
- Organize events in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal communications by creating materials for enablement, meetings, and updates.
- Network within the organization by directly supporting the sales team.
- Contribute innovative ideas on effectively presenting our products to customers while gaining familiarity with cutting-edge technologies, HR processes, and sales strategies.
- Explore the latest HR trends and challenges.
Qualifications
You should be currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a focus on social media and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design, or related fields.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Prior experience with SAP internal systems is advantageous.
- Presence in the office is required.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and work with complex concepts.
- Capability to prepare conceptual presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities, along with teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and collaborate effectively.
- Creativity, motivation, and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
- Responsibility and a focus on achieving results.
- Basic knowledge of software sales and CRM processes is a plus.
