About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Strategist to join our team at Knauf. As a key member of our digital transformation journey, you will be responsible for spearheading the design and execution of global web analytics strategies to analyze traffic, track campaigns, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Web Analytics Strategies: Utilize top-tier web analytics tools and dashboards to monitor, report, and optimize web performance, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with internal tech experts, stakeholders, and external agencies to implement improvements and drive strategy for the group, ensuring the adoption of our tools and processes.
  • Process Ownership and Optimization: As the Process Owner for Web Analytics, drive strategy for the group, ensuring the adoption of our tools and processes, and empower Knauf Group's digital marketers through training and alignment.
  • Web Analytics Tool Proficiency: Utilize proficiency in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics, and familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor, report, and optimize web performance.
  • Project Management and Coordination: Harness a sharp analytical mindset, transforming data analysis into compelling recommendations, empowering transformative decisions, and driving significant progress, while utilizing project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, JIRA) to lead and coordinate projects.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Analytics Strategist who possesses a degree in marketing, information technology, media, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for innovation and excellence. You should have proven knowledge in web analytics and data layer configuration, with proficiency in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics, and familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
