Your Contributions
- You will oversee the availability of resources and expertise, sourcing, productivity, and compliance for the entire temporary workforce requirements of Siemens Mobility in Germany and Austria. This necessitates robust collaboration with various business units, key locations, and functions within Siemens Mobility, as well as our supply chain.
- Your role will involve defining and executing the long-term vision and strategic approach for temporary labor at both Siemens Mobility and key location levels.
- You will identify and implement strategic initiatives in partnership with Siemens Mobility Procurement, Siemens Corporate Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure a balance between availability and cost efficiency.
- Additionally, you will manage relationships with stakeholders at the management level across Siemens Mobility's business sectors in Germany and Austria.
- Your responsibilities will include driving digitalization, enhancing functional expertise, and fostering cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to strengthen our competitive edge, leverage supplier innovation, and maximize overall value.
- Moreover, you will ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines through effective end-user change management and targeted communication.
Your Qualifications
- A university degree in economics or engineering, complemented by extensive professional experience in strategic procurement or a relevant Human Resources role.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating within diverse and interdisciplinary teams, along with familiarity in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- A deep understanding of specific commodity market segments and substantial experience in managing material cost reduction initiatives, preferably in an international context.
- A comprehensive grasp of key cost drivers and fee structures in the temporary labor sector, ideally from both procurement and supply perspectives.
- Significant experience in temporary labor procurement, ideally with multi-year exposure in relevant positions, is advantageous.
- Your profile is further enhanced by international and intercultural experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), and familiarity with Vendor Management and ERP Systems.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English, along with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally, are essential.
