Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust testing strategies and innovative frameworks.
  • Formulate and execute testing methodologies within software development environments.
  • Oversee, manage, and enhance testing processes and tools throughout project lifecycles.
  • Design and execute high-quality automated testing for web-based applications.
  • Assess resource needs and lead the testing team effectively.
  • Play a vital role in fostering a nationwide community in the testing domain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in testing modern web applications and associated technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Preferably certified as a Certified Tester by ISTQB.
  • Familiar with concepts such as Dev(Sec)Ops, Containers, Cloud-native technologies, CI/CD Pipelines, Microservices, and Serverless architectures.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity, collaborate effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in German and possess good command of English.
