HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen engagierten HR Business Partner, der unser HR-Team verstärkt und spannende Herausforderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld annimmt. In der Abteilung HR Business Partner & Arbeitsrecht sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte in allen personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Belangen.

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in sämtlichen personal- und arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten sowie bei der Auswahl und Nutzung zentraler HR-Services und -Produkte
  • Funktion als Sparringspartner und Umsetzungsbegleiter für Führungskräfte
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im HR-Bereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen HR-Abteilungen und dem Betriebsrat
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von HR-Systemen und -Prozessen
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung operativer sowie strategischer HR-Projekte

Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht oder Personal
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalwesen als HR Generalist, idealerweise im IT-Sektor
  • Nachweisbare Beratungskompetenz für Führungskräfte mit dem Ziel, optimale Lösungen zu finden
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Ergebnis- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP und grundlegende IT-Affinität
